My Opinion 

 

I found this article interesting because it talks about how magnesium might help people sleep and manage stress but also points out that there isn't the evidence to say taking supplements will definitely improve your sleep.” I say this especially because I personally take magnesium glycinate every night, which is supposed to help with brain health, stress, and sleep. I’ve tried other forms before, like magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide, but I feel like glycinate is the one that helps me most with sleep and stress relief. I’m not completely sure if it’s working, but I have noticed that when I take it, I sometimes remember my dreams more deeply, which usually doesn’t happen. The article also says that there can be side effects “if healthy people take too much” but since I take a low dose, I think it’s fine even if my body doesn’t need it. Reading this article made me realize that magnesium might help some people, but it is “not a guaranteed ‘miracle’ solution,” and that supplements alone can’t keep you healthy. I think people can take magnesium, however, one supplement is not going to sort all that". They shouldn’t fully rely on it. They should still work on other things, like nutrition and exercise, to help with their stress and sleep problems.
